How to Get Rid of Anemia
Anemia is a health condition that can be unsafe or it may be a symptom of a more serious condition or illness. It is a condition in which the number of red blood cells decreases because of a deficiency in hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is a protein, which helps transfer oxygen from the lungs to the entire body and makes blood red. Your blood is a very complex body fluid. When people suffer from anemia, they are often moderately or chronically lethargic. In addition to medication, diet plays a key role in fighting this disorder. For vertebrates, at least, the blood is composed of blood cells in a liquid called blood plasma. Plasma is composed mostly of 90% water as well as dissolved proteins, hormones, ions, glucose, and carbon dioxide. Thus, various foods should be avoided to get rid of anemia.
White blood cells are also present to our body. It is the body’s guards and soldiers against attacking invaders such as bacteria and viruses, and the platelets, responsible for making blood clot. Among the different cell types that comprise the blood, one of the most important is the red blood cells. Also known as haematids or erythrocytes, the red blood cells deliver oxygen to the different organs of the body, through hemoglobins and when there are not enough red blood cells for this critical task, the you might having a condition of anemia. You can prepare home remedies to treat anemia using ingredients that you may already have in your own home.
