Cheek exercise

YES. There is a specific exercise for your cheeks. Don’t be shocked as your cheeks are also made up of muscles that can be worked out. The best part is that you don’t have to go to the gym for this. It’s as simple as keeping your lips closed and then sucking them in. Hold that for about 10 seconds and then release. Now that is good as one repetition. Do these exercises at least 10 to 15 times or as often as you want. Another simple thing is to smile. Makes you pretty and lets you exercise as the same time. It would be much more effective if you smile while your lips are closed so that the muscles would really contract.

Drink plenty of water and avoid salty food

Drinking water 8 to 10 glasses a day is proven to be very healthy to your body. Not only it can help you lose weight, it also helps you clean your body from toxins. If the fat cheeks are signs of bloating or facial edema, drinking water can help. Also, avoid salty food as this can only aggravate the situation by causing water to retain in your body including your face.
