Medicines such as paracetamol can be taken since this medicine is formulated to ease pain. You can also take supplements that are formulated to improve the flexibility of your joints. Getting yourself in shape is one of the best ways to prevent getting joint pains. Perform light exercises to make your joints get used to bending. Do not over exercise since this can worsen your condition if are already feeling pain in the joints. Start by taking a light walk and you can also perform exercises that are designed to stretch your body.
Drink plenty of milk
Milk provides the body with calcium which is an essential nutrient in strengthening the bones. You should get the habit of drinking milk everyday or take supplements that are rich in calcium. Healthy bones can prevent joint pain and if you do get it, you can lessen the pain felt if your bones remain healthy. Also, do not forget to consult with your doctor to see if there are any underlying causes that makes your joint hurt.
