Watch that food
As mentioned above, diet plays a role into your episodic cramps. If you are experiencing the cramps in the middle of the day try to increase fluid intake. That means drink, drink, and drink water. This will flush toxins out of your body that can be catalysts for leg cramps. If you are into energy drinks, drink less than usual as most contain sodium that could stimulate cramping. Dairy food like milk and cheese can help. Not to mention that ever so yummy yogurt.
