  1. BrankoD Said,

I’ve had pale skin for almost 25 years. I knew to go to seaside and after 10 days when it’s time to go home, I would return home completely white. Then I discovered a tanning lotion which has a beta carotene and suddenly I started getting some bronze color. From then, whenever it’s a summer full of sunshine, I use this lotion. It is amazing that this lotion has a fairly big UV protection index of 40 and still I got bronze skin color in a few days.

  2. david Said,

I had a pale white skin, it seemed weak and dull. For me basking in sun worked well. I used to go for sun tan early in the morning so that I can do a bit exercise too. I went for around 4 months 3 days a week.

I wanted to get over my paleness naturally and wanted to be healthy so I did a lot of exercises and had sun tan. I also took care of taking nutritious food and drink a lot of water.

Paleness may be due to lack of blood iron ( hemoglobin ) so do include carrots in your diet. Also add other iron rich foods to your diet.

Do understand that paleness won’t go in a day you have to do real effort and have to be patient.

What worked for you?
