How to Get Rid of Smelly Feet

Wash your shoes and insoles
Particular shoes and shoe inserts are washable. Let your shoes dry out completely so that bacteria don’t set up camp in there. It takes at least 24 hours for a shoe to dry out completely. (that may seem like a long time, but remember that you can put down four cups of sweat in one day, and that isn’t going to evaporate quickly). It is much better to make use of those things and wash them frequently. This may help minimize the bad odor whenever you take off your shoes.
Use hand sanitizer
Use hand sanitizer because it can kill germs on your feet and inhibit bacterial growth. Put cedar wood (special cedarsoles at best) or some cloves inside your shoes. The odor will disappear after a few days.
Avoid synthetic socks
Avoid wearing synthetic socks, go in for cotton socks, and in other words wear absorbent material.
Antiperspirant and foot powder
Use an antiperspirant and foot powder. Put antiperspirant on your feet. Yup, that’s right, take that stick of antiperspirant and rub it on your feet. (Sprays will work as well.) Make sure it’s antiperspirant, though, not deodorant–deodorant just covers up smells. Antiperspirant actually reacts with the electrolytes in sweat to form “gel plugs” that block off your sweat ducts.
Mix baking soda and vinegar
When indoors prefer washing your feet and going barefoot. One can wear sandals. Have a bath with baking soda and use two teaspoonful of vinegar for soothing the feet and to avoid bad odor. Get enough zinc. This is one common dietary problem among people with foot odor – they aren’t getting enough zinc in their diets. Check to make sure that you are and start adding to your zinc intake if you’re not. The smell could go away.
Any approaches beyond those ideas will take a little bit of effort but will be worth it to have better smelling feet and shoes.
