How to Get Rid of Spots on Face

When a person has spots on their face, it tends to lower his self- esteem. He thinks that those spots are nasty. There are other individuals who don’t realize that they have them. Keeping your face clean and dust free all the time

Slice up a tomato

Having at least 8 hours of sleep and stay away from stress

When a person sleeps for at least 8 hours then they are not prone to spots on face because studies have known that enough rest can decrease the chances of having this problem. It has also been ruled out that stress can also cause spots on face.

Apply a fruit or vegetable mask

Unlike placing cucumbers on your eyes, one may want to consider applying a vegetable mask to their face.  Strawberries, cucumbers and more can all help lighten spots on the face.   Each night before bed, place the fruit or vegetable on your spots and let them sit for 20 to 30 minutes.  Another mask that tends to work well is a tablespoon of oatmeal and yogurt with lemon juice.

    Use of honey on face will gradually reduce the dark spots on face leaving the skin bright and clear.But care should be taken to see that the honey does not come in contact with the eyebrows or parts of hair on the face as it would lead to whitening of hair sometimes.Leave the honey to dry for 10 mins and wash with warm or cold water.This makes the face get rid of dark spots on face.

    I’ve come to notice the best results for face marks, pigmentation or spots is face or skin whitening creams. They come in a great variety but the best I find are from Asian markets (Japan and Korea are most recognized for this). I’ve used them for quite sometime (about 2 years), and for best results use on a daily basis but with caution.

    Getting rid of dark spots from face is very difficult task. To get rid of you need to wash your face 2-3 times a day and clean it with clean towel. Drink as much water as you can in a day. Use natural things like Sandalwood to get rid of it.
